At Hypertherm Associates, the security, reliability, and long-term support of our Hypertherm® products are fundamental to the value we deliver to customers and partners.
As cybersecurity requirements continue to evolve globally, we are actively strengthening our programs, processes, and governance practices to support compliance with applicable regulations, including the European Union Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).
The CRA establishes cybersecurity requirements for products with digital elements throughout their lifecycle and introduces new reporting requirements beginning September 11, 2026.
To support compliance and continue meeting customer expectations for security, reliability, and product support, Hypertherm Associates is taking the following steps:

Expanding customer and partner communications related to cybersecurity support.

Providing notifications for security vulnerabilities and end-of-support milestones.

Publishing cybersecurity support information for applicable products on our websites.

Continuing to align our products and processes with evolving regulatory requirements.
