45 A mechanized cartridges provide optimal production performance when cutting within the thickness range of 3 mm (1/8″) to 6 mm (1/4″) thick.
65 A mechanized cartridges provide optimal production performance when cutting within the thickness range of 6 mm (1/4″) to 12 mm (1/2″) thick.
30–45 A cartridges produce a narrower kerf on thin mild steel and stainless steel up to 3 mm (10 gauge) which is ideal for fine detail cutting.
105 A max removal gouging cartridges are optimized for more aggressive metal removal, achieving deep gouge profiles and extreme metal washing applications.

The Powermax105® 105-amp plasma power supply will stop manufacturing in December 2021, and will no longer be available for sale from Hypertherm. We continue to make original replacement torches, consumables, and repair parts.
