The fall 2014 issue of Hypertherm's SPARK eNewsletter is now out.

In this issue, you can learn more about Legend Rubber. This company, mentioned in a short post from a few weeks ago, makes rubber mats for cows. Their story is rather interesting. Their owner actually moved from England all the way to Canada to set up shop in North America.

There's also a great story from a company down in Texas called Energy Weldfab. This company makes fabricating equipment for the oil and gas industry. Growth combined with a real shortage of skilled labor caused the company to buy a new pipe profiling system to automate its operations a bit more. The company expected a productivity improvement but never dreamed it would see what it is experiencing today.

Jim Colt is back with another one of his "Ask Jim" columns. This time he answers a question about aluminum cutting. Exactly what sort of cut quality can one realistically expect when cutting aluminum? Plus our Technical Tip offers advice on troubleshooting parts that aren't turning out quite the way you expected. Plus we show you how to get one of our HyPerformance cut sample kits.

If you do not receive SPARK in your inbox, sign up today. It's free. All you need to do is type in your email address. Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at Hypertherm.
