Health and wellness

Working at Hypertherm means support to live life well as a healthier, happier you.

Health and wellness

At Hypertherm, we are committed to the good health and wellbeing of our Associates and their families. We believe the most effective means toward achieving both is through individual empowerment. That's why we are pleased to introduce the new Virgin Pulse online wellness program.

Launched in January, 2016, this fun and interactive program provides opportunity to create daily habits like getting active, eating well, and reducing stress – all in the name of a healthier, happier you. The more you do, the more rewards you earn. Through the Virgin Pulse program, you can earn up to $800 per year based on your health and the various wellness activities in which you participate.

The Virgin Pulse Program is just the latest of our health and wellness initiatives. In 2009, Hypertherm partnered with Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (Lebanon, New Hampshire) to provide services at the Hypertherm Associate Wellness Center with an on-site primary care clinic to provide acute care and preventive and educational screenings, including tobacco cessation classes, blood pressure screenings, immunization, and health coaching.

At our corporate headquarters in New Hampshire, we also offer the following:

  • Fitness facilities and free fitness classes
  • On-site work massage and wellness opportunities, including a walking/running club, hiking trails, skating and mountain biking
  • Sports leagues, including soccer, basketball, golf and skiing
  • On-site meditation classes, nutritionist, and an Associates’ organic garden!

Wellness resources may vary at each Hypertherm office location.
