Code of ethics and business conduct policy

At Hypertherm, each of us is responsible for abiding by the code and the laws that apply to our work. Under no circumstances is management tolerant of fraud and misconduct, either through the actions of Associates or those working on our behalf. Hypertherm is committed to conducting business in an ethical and honest manner, and is committed to implementing and enforcing systems that ensure bribery is prevented.

Your concerns may have a direct impact on the success of our organization. There are several ways to make a confidential or anonymous report of suspected fraud, financial impropriety, unlawful acts, abuse or waste.

All reports will be taken seriously and investigated under the supervision of the Management Team. A summary of issues will be presented to the Board of Directors periodically. The person or persons charged with alleged impropriety will be given an opportunity to respond to the allegations. Even if the matter is determined not to constitute improper conduct, the individual making the report will not be retaliated against for making a good faith report.
