Hypertherm nominated and awarded in the category “Most Recommended by Customers” for the third consecutive time

Hypertherm, a manufacturer of plasma, laser and waterjet cutting systems, announces that the company was nominated by the research firm Integron BV for its Customer Experience Award in the category “Most Recommended by Customers”.

Every two years Hypertherm executes a customer satisfaction survey in cooperation with Integron to gain a better understanding of customer perception of product quality and service and to determine focus and improvement areas.

Integron is an internationally recognized research firm specializing in customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and user satisfaction research. The firm is a member of ESOMAR, a worldwide organization for market researchers, and MOA, the MarktOnderzoekAssociatie (Market Research Association), an association of companies and institutions that engage in marketing research and marketing intelligence. Integron executes around 500 surveys each year and for the past six years they organized the Experience Awards to recognize exceptional results, comparing the satisfaction scores of all surveys and nominating top three companies with the best results in different categories (13 categories in 2014).

For the third time in a row Hypertherm received a nomination for the Customer Experience Award in the category “Most Recommended by Customers”. On March 12, Integron organized the award ceremony in Rotterdam where the nominated companies were recognized and awarded.
