The Hypertherm Sponsored Degree Program (HSDP)

To help our Associates achieve their full potential, Hypertherm contributes to tuition reimbursement, including educational costs, registration fees and lab fees.

Development tools and resources

Hypertherm provides a variety of tools and resources to help our Associates navigate their career journeys. Using Workday to document your career summary and preferences lets you track your accomplishments and better communicate your development goals to your leader. You’ll also have access to internal and external courses, on-line learning libraries, and our Competency Resource Center, which defines competencies and offers development opportunities and actions.
