Designed specifically for the needs of the shape cutting professional, Hypertherm Automation PC based CNC controls set the standard for the thermal cutting industry utilizing our proprietary Graphical User Interface (GUI) and SoftMotion Technology. A powerful Windows XP platform provides an easy to use operational interface with unique features, real time status information and multiple language support resulting in increased productivity.
The Voyager III offers the user increased performance and greater flexibility utilizing a 15” touch screen display, 2.4Ghz Intel processor, advanced software features and a unique SERCOS/Analog machine interface. This SERCOS/Analog technology allows Voyager III increased system versatility by offering three different styles of machine interface including a traditional enclosure mounted analog, a standard SERCOS communication ring and a remote mounted SERCOS to analog conversion card.
Available on all Hypertherm CNCs, the SERCOS machine interface allows expansion of up to 12 axes of motion and over 1000 I/O signals. Common applications for Voyager class controls include: bevel head systems, multiple Sensor Plasma Torch Height Controls and other advanced systems requiring more than four axes
of motion.
