The MicroEDGE Pro CNC brings Hypertherm’s latest hardware and Phoenix software technology to a product that is customizable for a wide variety of applications. Designed for reliability and ease of use, the MicroEDGE Pro improves cut quality, productivity and profitability by delivering Hypertherm’s cutting process expertise directly to your factory. It is as if you have your best operator on every shift.
The MicroEDGE Pro CNC is the most versatile CNC offering from Hypertherm. The MicroEDGE Pro control package provides a unique combination of configurations, expandable features, and common software with the other Hypertherm CNCs. Available in both analog and SERCOS versions, this scalable CNC offers the OEM the ability to standardize on a control solution without compromising application range.

- Using the CutPro® Wizard, even new operators can be ready to cut production parts in less than five minutes.
- CNC Software, cutting optimization tips, consumable change instructions, and Hypertherm plasma, CNC and THC manuals are available in multiple (14*) languages at the touch of a button.

Flexible configurations
The MicroEDGE Pro offers multiple back-door interfaces for cutting machine manufacturer integration or field upgrades for existing cutting machines. CNC size, connector layout and mounting is consistent with earlier models to allow the manufacturer to configure the CNC to match the cutting machine design and functionality.

Hypertherm products are sold exclusively through our network of authorized partners. While different partners sell and service different products, in general, Hypertherm distributors sell the Powermax brand of air plasma products, as well as consumables for all types of Hypertherm systems; some distributors also sell automated products. Rental companies typically rent or lease Powermax air plasma products and may sell consumables for those systems. Table manufacturers / OEMs sell automated cutting products and consumables and typically offer service on what they sell. Systems integrators sell retrofits and upgrade products.
