Working at Hypertherm, I feel like the sky is the limit to what I can learn and what I can accomplish. Since starting my career here, I’ve received valuable training and experience. I’ve had the opportunity to develop my confidence, leadership capabilities, presentation and public speaking skills, problem solving and analytical skills and so much more. I am currently in school part-time earning my MBA. Without Hypertherm’s support, that would not be a possibility for me. Hypertherm has more than proven their commitment to Associate development in the time I’ve been here.
Hypertherm’s commitment to philanthropy and community involvement is inspiring. Whether it is the annual United Way drive, a food collection for a local shelter, a team working together with COVER to build a house, painting chairs for a local fundraiser or the two days a year we are given for community service time, it allows us all to make a difference.
