Bar screen repair
Worn or corroded bar screens that are on waste water inlets are cut loose or welds are gouged out so replacement bars can be installed.System: Powermax45 or 1000
Equipment replacement
Obsolete equipment that is too large to be removed in one piece, such as stainless steel vacuum filter drums, are cut into smaller sections to be transported.System: Powermax45, 1000, 1250 or 1650
Pipe replacement and fabrication
Sections of old cast iron pipe are cut for rerouting water flow or to install a new piece of stainless steel pipe. New pipes are cut to size using either a hand or machine torch on a CNC cutting machine or portable clamp-on style machine. Bevel, saddle, straight and miter cuts are easily made on a variety of wall thicknesses.System: Powermax45, 1000, 1250 or 1650
Hopper repair
Corroded sections of stainless steel panels on hoppers are cut out, or welds are gouged out to install replacement panels.System: Powermax30 or 45
Field stake fabrication
Used to mark possible sludge disposal sites, field stakes are made by cutting steel rebar to desired lengths. Steel plates, typically 1/16" (1.6 mm) thick, are cut to the desired shape to make a flag then welded on the rebar.System: Powermax30 or 45
