Dump truck bed repair

Damaged or worn sections of dump beds and wear plates, typically 3/8 to 1/2" (10 to 12 mm) thick, are cut away or welds are gouged out for the installation of new plates.
System: Powermax45, 1000 or 1250

Loader shovel repair

Welds securing wear plates, typically 1/8 to 1/2" (3 to 12 mm) thick, and damaged shovel teeth are gouged out to allow the installation of new parts.
System: Powermax45, 1000 or 1250

Plow repair

Welds securing wear plates, typically 1/2 to 3/4" (12 to 19 mm) thick, and plow blades are gouged out for the installation new parts.
System: Powermax1000, 1250 or 1650

Truck maintenance

Corroded or collision damaged body panels, typically 1/8" (3 mm) thick, are cut away for the installation of replacement panels.
System: Powermax45 or 1000

Pipe system fabrication

Pipes are cut to size using either a hand or machine torch on a CNC cutting machine or portable clamp on style machine. Bevel, saddle, straight and miter cuts are easily made on a variety of wall thicknesses.
System: Powermax45,1000, 1250 or 1650
