Dump truck bed repair

Welds securing worn or damaged bed plates, typically 3/8 to 1/2" (10 to 12 mm) thick, are gouged out or the plates are cut away for installation of new plates.
System: Powermax45, 1000 or 1250

Loader shovel repair

Welds securing wear plates, typically 1/8 to 1/2" (3 to 12 mm) thick, and damaged shovel teeth are gouged out to allow the installation of new parts.
System: Powermax45, 1000 or 1250

Bulldozer track repair

Corroded steel bolts are cut off to remove the damaged shoes for the installation of new track.

Plow repair

Welds securing wear plates, typically 1/2 to 3/4" (12 to 19 mm) thick, and plow blades are gouged out for the installation new parts.

Truck maintenance

Corroded or collision damaged body panels, typically 1/8" (3 mm) thick, are cut away for the installation of replacement panels.
