Hopper repair

Welds securing corroded and worn plates, typically 3/16" (5 mm) thick, are gouged out or the plates are cut away to install new, abrasive resistant, steel plates.

Worn sections of the steel or aluminum panels, typically 1/8 to 3/16" (3 to 5 mm) thick, are cut away to install new panels.

Truck maintenance and customization

Damaged or deteriorated sections of body panels, typically 1/8" (3 mm) thick, are cut away to install replacement panels or patching. Fabrication of dividers or racks requires the cutting of steel plates and tubular stock prior to being welded together.
