Hull repair

Welds securing damaged or corroded hull plates, typically 5/16 to 1/2" (8 to 12 mm) thick, are gouged out or cut away for the installation of new sheets.

Deck repair

securing corroded or damaged steel decking, typically 1/8 to 1/4" (3 to 6 mm) thick, are gouged out or cut away for the installation of new sheets.

Frame repair

Vent and piping installation

Vent, pipe and access holes are cut into 1/8 to 1/4" (3 to 6 mm) thick plates using templates.

Tank repair

Deteriorated sections in tanks, typically 1/16 to 1/8" (1.6 to 3 mm) thick, are cut away for the placement of new panels.
