THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND IS GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE AND LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

• ELIGIBILITY: The “American Built. Building America” sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of Hypertherm, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent companies, divisions, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, and suppliers involved in the Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as the members of each of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and in-laws) and persons residing in the same household as such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at or about 8:00 am ET on 4/1/12 and ends at 5:00 pm ET on 9/30/12 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). There are three ways to enter: 1) during the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.hyperhterm.com/americanbuilt (“Website”) and follow the directions to complete and submit the online entry form (“Internet Entry”); 2) by mail, by completing an official entry form by hand or hand printing on a 3"x5" card your first and last name, address (no P.O. Boxes), daytime and evening phone numbers, then mail with first class postage affixed to: Hypertherm “American Built. Building America” Sweepstakes, 2 Technology Drive, West Lebanon, NH, 03784 (“Mail-in Entry”). Mail-in Entries must be postmarked by 9/30/12 and received by 10/5/12. Limit one (1) entry per postmarked envelope;

Limit one (1) entry per person and/or phone number per day. If more than one (1) entry is received from the same person or phone number in a single day, only the first entry will be considered valid and Sponsor may choose to disqualify all entries submitted by that person at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Internet access and a valid email address are required for an Internet Entry. Sweepstakes Entries generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes. All materials submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

• WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: Winner will be selected by Sponsor in a random drawing conducted from among all eligible entries received on or about 10/19/12. Sponsor’s decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded assuming sufficient eligible entries are received and prize is properly claimed. Potential winners will be notified by phone, mail, email, text message and/or overnight delivery.

• PRIZES: Grand Prize (50) Pella special edition Dearborn jacket, MSRP: $96. MSRP of all prizes offered: $4,800. All Prizes will be awarded 60 – 90 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Each winner must take delivery of the prize at a location designated by Sponsor within 30 days of notification that the prize is available, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Each winner is solely responsible for any local, state, or federal taxes and any other fees, surcharges or costs (including title, sales taxes, license fees, registration, and insurance) incurred in claiming, registering, or using the prize.

• WINNER VERIFICATION: Prize is not transferable and includes only the items specifically listed as part of each prize. No substitution or cash equivalent of prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

• ADDITIONAL TERMS: Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due entries or mail. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by entrant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries. Sponsor is also not responsible for any technical problems that may affect the ability of consumers to participate.

• WINNERS LIST: For the names of the winners, available after 10/30/12, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Hypertherm “American Built. Building America Sweepstakes”, 2 Technology Drive, West Lebanon, NH, 03784, for receipt by 11/15/12.
